The following are approximate weights in pounds, and should only be used as a general reference: Sheet sets: Twin =3, Full, Queen and King =4
Comforters: Twin =4 to 7, Full =6 to 8, Queen and King =10 to 12
Bed in a bags: Twin =11, Full and Queen =13, King = 17

Hawaii, Alaska and Canada: shipping an additional $20.00

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS Ground Deliveries to be delivered within the continental United States. Large orders, items which are oversized or shipped via U.S. Mail, Alaska, Hawaii, may incur additional shipping costs depending on weight of package and can take longer to arrive once shipped or are governed by each individual manufacturer or distributor in which item has been produced or shipped from. Outside of USA, orders are charged an additional $20.00. Not all items are available for U.S. Mail shipping. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee. Signature required option is available for UPS shipments upon request only.
Sales Tax Charge of 8.00% for orders placed within Illinois. Outside Continental US and Canada orders are charged an additional $20.00 shipping fee.

Return Policy
All Sales Are Final. This is the manufacturers policy, however if there is a problem, please do not hesitate to contact customer service. Upon receipt of any return customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to manufacturer if returned or is a non-returnable item per policy. All sales are final and are governed by each individual manufacturer or distributor in which item has been produced or shipped from. When order is received be sure it is exactly what was ordered before using or washing, if the item is incorrect please contact customer service for assistance. Customer is responsible for return of product(s) to correct return address and all returns must be issued a return authorization. Returns received used or without original packaging will not be accepted unless defective. Please contact customer service direct prior to return for return address and authorization, returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. All velvet items, hand crafted quilts, special order bed skirts, special order bedspreads, and "Special Order" items are non returnable. Sheet sets not defective, feather bedding, fiber beds and Goose Down items are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in. Silk bedding not defective are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in.  If you receive an incorrect item, you (the customer) needs to send it back (contact customer service first) before the correct item will be sent out since some people have been trying to keep the incorrect item, receive the correct item, and not send anything back. 
Backorder Policy
Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing products to be shipped. We may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified only if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Damaged Goods Policy
Polices for NWS:
Damages/Exchanges/Replacements/ Defects/Claims/Warranties All items are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt by customer. Items for exchange must be issued an exchange number and items must be in original resaleable condition and not to have been used or washed per policy. Returnable items which are defective will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged, defective items which are non-returnable will be replaced only. Customer is responsible for return of defective item per return policies. A full refund will be issued for item deemed defective if replacement is not possible. Items under warranty which are claimed to be defective and items for exchange must be issued a return authorization number and return instructions by our supplier. Wrinkling of fabrics may be common for most 100% cotton, Silk and Satin materials. Our suppliers and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage. Policies for Olive Kids:

Returns

Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Items must be unopened or in resalable condition. All returns will be subject to inspection by our returns department. If the merchandise is not in its original packaging or in resalable condition you will be notified and no credit will be issued. All decisions on merchandise condition are final. We strongly suggest that you encourage your customers to use insurance on all returns. Customer return issues are handled between you and your customer. All correspondence regarding returns must be made by you, the retailer. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. 

Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced, or if not possible, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Olive Kids Direct,LLC or its manufacturers at no charge. Claims for damages must be reported within two weeks of receipt of the merchandise.
